Ankarsrum Assistent Original Mixers

The Ankarsrum Assistent Original was first designed in the 1940s and is still going strong today, always making continuous improvements and focusing on quality, functionality and design.  The Model 6230 machine is now available in Nordic Sage, a soft muted green inspired by the early Nordic Spring.  It included the Basic attachment package of bowls, beaters, and whisks.  The Deluxe attachment package is available to pair with any color machine and includes every attachment that makes full use of your Assistent Original for baking, mincing, mixing, straining, pressing, grating, and piping.  

The Ankarsrum Assistent has high performance, user-friendly design, a strong motor, and long lifespan.  The machine has motor feedback so the machine itself can regulate its speed depending on the load.  A unique gear unit allows the machine to be both powerful and quiet. Made in Sweden.
