AJ DeDiego is an Atlanta based pastry chef. In additional to his social media recipe videos he is known for, he operates a home-based custom cake business, teaches cake decorating classes, and is a pastry chef at JenChans restaurant. Over the last few years, AJ has published 2 cookbooks, been featured in a number of online articles including AJC, been featured twice on local news networks in Atlanta, and he's appeared as a contestant on Food Network's Halloween Baking Championship. AJ’s biggest passion is teaching others how to bake, with a goal of making his recipes accessible and easy enough to try at home.
