Celebrate the art of entertaining with this elegant, hands-on class featuring sophisticated small bites and sparkling sips. We’ll start with crisp mini potato latkes topped with smoked salmon, crème fraîche, and caviar, then whip up a roasted garlic and white bean dip finished with fragrant rosemary oil. You’ll learn the secrets to silky chicken liver mousse with toast points and master Cajun-spiced shrimp skewers with a zesty remoulade. For a sweet finish, we’ll roll decadent chocolate truffles. Paired with festive Champagne cocktails, this menu delivers crowd-pleasing flavors and show-stopping style—perfect for holiday parties or any special celebration.
