This set includes a double-sided 1000/6000 grit whetstone, 9" honing steel, and an angled bamboo stand for maintaining a beautiful edge on your cutlery. The stand is angled to ensure you are sharpening at the proper angle; as you keep your blade parallel to the work surface, it naturally aligns the edge to the correct angle.
