Date Night: Flavors of Italy Hands On with Chef Michelle Pellegri 

Come experience the incredible tastes of Italy, no passport required! Chef Michelle Pellegri will be showcasing regional favorites with an elevated twist. You will learn plenty of pro tips and tricks, including making your own pasta!) to recreate these delicious Italian-inspired dishes at home.

• Valtellina - Bresaola & Arugula Salad (arugula, parmigiano reggiano, bresaola, olive oil, and lemon)
• Lucca - Pappardelle al Cacciatore (homemade egg pasta with green olives, red wine, tomatoes)
• Venice - Sgroppino (homemade lemon gelato topped with strawberry puree and prosecco)

We do not allow groups larger than six to book in public classes. Please complete the private events form to inquire about a custom experience for your group. We also do not allow BYOB. A tasting of house wine will be served with your meal.
