So you already know your way around the basics cuts on a cutting board? Join Chef Melissa for the highly requested follow up to knife skills 101! After a brief review with a little veggie and fruit chopping, Chef Melissa will guide you through some more difficult cuts and ingredients, including breaking down a chicken. Feel free to bring your favorite knife, or try out our wide selection of our super sharp chef knives.
