The Cook's Warehouse only can only ship orders to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States plus Alaska and Hawaii and APO/FPO boxes. Free shipping only applies to orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Cookswarehouse.com may choose to use Fedex, UPS or the United States Postal Service. Free shipping does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO boxes. Orders to APO/FPO boxes have an additional processing surcharge of $19.95.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Orders over $75 ship FREE to the 48 contiguous United States by FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or United States Postal Service. Over sized items are excluded from free shipping.
  • Cookswarehouse.com may choose to use Fedex, UPS or the United States Postal Service - the cost will be dynamically calculated from those carriers' current shipping tables.

If the shipping information provided to us is incorrect and the package is returned to us by the carrier, we will charge you for any additional shipping costs plus the return fee charged by the carrier. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO boxes.

How Quickly Will You Ship My Order?
Our goal is to send your order from our warehouse to your house the next business day after we receive your order should the product be stocked in our warehouse.

  • Ground Shipping - Our goal is to ship orders the next business day after they are placed on our website. See UPS map for estimated transit time. (Transit times not guaranteed by UPS or any other carrier.)
  • 3-Day Select - Orders placed before 12:00 Noon EST ship the same business day, and are delivered on the third business day after shipping.
  • Second Day Air - Orders placed before 12:00 Noon EST ship the same business day, and are delivered second business day.
  • Next Day Air - Orders placed before 12:00 Noon EST ship the same business day, and are delivered next business day by 3:00pm. Air Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take 2-3 business days.

Some rural areas do not have guaranteed delivery times for air shipping. This schedule does not apply to John Boos, Enclume, Capresso, or any other items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

How soon will I receive my order?
In general, your shipment will usually arrive between two and eight business days after you place your order, depending on where you live.

Drop-Ship Items
Some items at cookswarehouse.com are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These "drop-ship" items have special handling restrictions:

  • Additional time is needed for order processing, so expedited shipping is not available.
  • Drop-ship items can be delivered only to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Drop-ship items cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box or to APO/FPO addresses.
  • cookswarehouse.com cannot guarantee delivery date of drop-ship merchandise.

Return Policy for Items Shipped from cookswarehouse.com

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND INCLUDE YOUR RECEIPT OR PACKING LIST.

Without prior authorization your return will not be accepted.

Note: Gift Cards and Gift certificates are non refundable and cannot be returned.

Holiday returns - Items purchased between November 20th and December 20th must be returned no later than January 15th, following the guidelines below.

Any item purchased from cookswarehouse.com can be returned in new and unused condition, in its original packaging, within 30 days, for a refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping. (If your item came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned in new, unused condition to receive a full refund).

*No food items will be accepted for return unless damaged in shipment.*

Please ship the item, along with a copy of the receipt or packing slip and the return authorization number, by a method that is insured and traceable, to the following address:

Items that are not in new and unused condition or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

NOTE: Please allow 14 to 21 days, for processing of exchanges or returns.

A gift item shipped to you from cookswarehouse.com may be returned if in new and unused condition for a gift certificate that can be used on a future cookswarehouse.com order.

Return Policy for Drop Shipped items.

This includes products from Staub, Le Creuset, Scanpan, Casafina, and others.

We frequently incur additional costs from our suppliers if these items are returned to them, which we have to pass on to you. These costs can include packing & shipping costs plus restocking fees.

These charges will be deducted from the credit you receive for returns or refused deliveries of drop shipped items.

Have a problem when you first receive your order?

In the unlikely event that your item has any defects or damage when you first receive it, we will send you a prepaid return label to return the item for replacement at our expense if you contact us within five days of receiving your order. Please use our Return Authorization Process by contacting our customer support team by phone: 866-890-5962 or by e-mail: [email protected] to obtain a return label.

If your product was damaged during shipping, please save all packaging materials and paperwork.

Have a warranty claim?

If at any time you have a problem due to a manufacturing defect, or otherwise covered by a manufacturer warranty with a product you purchased from us, we will gladly replace the item if allowed by the manufacturer. We replace many items ourselves, however some items will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer.

Important Note: Warranties do not apply to items that are shipped to an international destination. You are advised to contact the manufacturer directly if your item is defective and you are not in the USA. Cookwarehouse.com will not pay for shipping or customs charges on items returned to us as warranty claims from international destinations (including Canada).
