Wire Monkey UFO Corbeau Lame

Wire Monkey’s UFO Corbeau bread lame is durable and waterproof, and will even withstand the harsh lye used in pretzel making.  It is ambidextrous, comfortable to hold, and gives excellent fine control over scoring dough.  The blade is retractable for safety.   It is easy to care for as it is waterproof, dishwasher safe, and does not need to be oiled.
