Ankarsrum Meat Grinder Harvest Package

Adding a meat grinder to your Ankarsrum mixer will take your cooking to new levels.  With the Mincer Harvest Package, you have the ability to make minced meat, chicken, fish, or chickpeas.  Three sausage horns allow you to make hot dogs, bratwurst, fish sausages, falafel and more to your personal preferences of quality and spices.   

The included strainer attachment will strain fruit and berries to a mash or puree.  Simply cut fruit into wedges, keeping the skin and the core and then set how thick or thin you prefer the mash to be.  

Always use the feeder plug for feeding, do not insert any foreign objects such as knives or forks in the mincer housing.
