Ankarsrum Pasta Roller and Fettuccine Cutter Set

This pasta roller-fettuccine cutter set allows you to make homemade, fresh pasta with your Ankarsrum mixer.  The roller will accept a dough strip 5 ½” wide and rolls a 5 ½” wide noodle in successive passes.  Adjust the output thickness with six settings on the knob (from 1.6 mm down to 0.15 mm thick (paper-thin).  Start with a pass at the widest setting, and turn the knob to thinner settings for the next passes.  Faster, easier, and better control that the same procedure with a rolling pin.  

The Fettuccine cutter will accept pasta strips 5 ¾” wide, cutting it into ¼” wide noodles.
