The Ankarsrum pasta roller attachment easily attaches to your Assistent Original to make delicious homemade pasta.  The powerful motor of the Assistent quickly and efficiently rolls out pasta dough into sheets for lasagna, ravioli, or tortellini with no hand rolling required.  It creates perfectly smooth pasta sheets every time.  

The roller has adjustable thicknesses from 0.6mm to 4.8mm, allowing you to make thin lasagna sheets as well as thicker past sheets to suit your recipes.
