Available in stock (12)
Middle Eastern food is vibrant, fresh, bursting with variety and of course, delicious. Join Chef Naina, whose Persian ancestry allows her to dive deep into the flavor of many Middle Eastern cuisines and cultures. This hands-on class will take you on a culinary journey across the region, blending Persian, Turkish, and Middle Eastern traditions into one flavorful, satisfying menu — and it will be fun to prepare and absolutely delicious!
What You Will Create and Savor:
- Borani Bademjan: A rich, smoky Persian take on babaghanuj, featuring roasted eggplant blended with tangy yogurt and warm spices — a creamy, flavorful dip that's a Persian pantry staple.
- Cacik: A refreshing Turkish cold cucumber soup, cool and tangy with yogurt, garlic, and fresh herbs — the perfect light starter to balance the richer dishes on the menu.
- Doner Kebab Wraps: Bring the famous late-night (or anytime) kebab to your home kitchen with this hands-on lesson in building the perfect doner wrap, from seasoned meat to fresh toppings and sauce.
- Saffron Yogurt Mousse: A silky, floral dessert infused with fragrant saffron — an elegant, aromatic finish that captures the essence of Persian sweets.
