The oversized Balloon Whisks cover a larger area of the bowl thus incorporating more air for faster and more efficient whipping.  Creating stable peaks, smooth textures, and exceptional volume, they are perfect for whipped cream, egg whites, meringues, sponge cakes, buttercream, and light batters.

The Cookie Beaters are made from sturdy 3.5 mm thick stainless steel wire that will handle chilled butter in small pieces for pie crust and pastry dough as well as mixing up to 2 pounds of cookie or pie dough easily.  They excel at creaming butter and sugar and blending thicker batters which require strength and stability.

The closed Beater Housing features a solid design with an optimized internal gear ratio, eliminating loose parts or exposed gearwheels that require assembly.  Just push the whisks or beaters into place and you’re ready to mix.  The housing cover is fiberglass-reinforced plastic, and the bottom plate is chrome-plated die-cast zinc for long-lasting durability and easy cleaning.
