The Barista Touch Impress is an assisted espresso machine with step-by-step Barista guidance and Auto MilQ so that you can create high quality espresso drinks at home. It uses the 4 keys formula that   professional cafe machines use to create third wave specialty coffees: the right dose of freshly ground beans, precise temperature control, optimal water pressure, and true microfoam milk which is essential for latte art.

Barista Guidance:  Step-by-step real time feedback for the Impress Puck System, precise extraction and hands-free silky smooth microfoam.  The ThermoJet heating system has a 3-second heat up time, go from bean to cup faster than ever before.

The Impress Puck System:  This system uses intelligent dosing and assisted tamping to simplify manual espresso making.  You have a hands-on experience with less mess and less fuss.  Intelligent dosing, assisted 22 lb. tamping and auto correction of the next dose to achieve a precise puck, finished with a 7° barista twist.  It simplifies the steps needed to grind, dose and tamp to create an impressive puck.

Auto MilQ:   It features three new alternative milk settings for almond, oat and soy milks; calibrating air injection time and temperature specific to your choice of milk.  The automatic steam wand allows you to adjust the milk temperature between 104°F to 167°F and 8 levels of texture to your preference.  It delivers silky smooth microfoam with at least one million micro bubbles per ml which enhances the flavor of the coffee and is a necessity for pouring latte art - or hands-on manual texturing like a barista.   

The ThermoJet heating system reaches the optimum extraction temperature in 3 seconds.  Make your best coffee without the wait.  The Baratza European Precision burrs have 30 grind settings.  With a single touch, the integrated hardened steel precision conical burr grinder with dose control delivers the right amount of coffee for maximum flavor.
