The ThermoJet heating system reaches optimum extraction temperature in 3 seconds.  The Ideal dose of 18g of ground beans delivered by a professional style 54 mm portafilter creates full bodied coffee with rich and complex flavors.  Low-pressure pre-infusion slowly increases water pressure to gently expand coffee grinds followed by high pressure (9 bar) extraction delivers even extraction, balanced flavor, and luxurious crema.  The steam wand turns milk into smooth microfoam with a silky texture, ready for latte art.  The interface of the Bambino features convenient one-touch 1 & 2 shot volume control, steam, and hot water.  The hot water outlet allows you to make Americanos and preheat cups.
