The Clara French Press is beautiful with design features that take the French Press to a new level. Features that add to your coffee experience include vacuum-insulated walls that maintain the ideal brewing temperature for extraction and then keeps any unpoured coffee hot.  Enhanced mesh filtration makes for smooth taste and silt-free coffee.  So easy to use:  Remove the lid, using the ratio aid lines, and fill  coarse grounds to the coffee line.  Add 195° to 205°F water to the water line.  Stir with the agitation stick for 30 seconds for even extraction and balanced flavors.  Set the mesh filter just above the water level and put the lid back on.  Press down slightly to make sure coffee is submerged.  Wait for 4 minutes and then plunge the press.  Pour the coffee into your mug.  If you don’t use it all at once, the heat-lock double-wall vacuum will keep the coffee warm.
