Lee’s Corn Cutter

J.B. Lee invented this wooden corn cutter and creamer in 1939, patented in 1942.  Famous for producing rich and flavorful cream style corn, this handy, durable device will save you time as you prepare fresh sweet corn.  It clips and shreds each juicy kernel, releasing the milk inside.  It may also be used to remove whole kernel corn from the cob by simply removing the shredder and setting the cutting blade to the correct kernel height.   The cutter features a hardwood base with stainless steel blades and components.
