Fante's Cousin Marko’s 14” Pizza Peel

Safely move your pizza, flatbread, and other artisan breads into and out of a hot oven or grill with this pizza peel. It is made of natural New Zealand pine with a long handle to protect your hands from the heat.  The beveled edge slides under pizza dough for safe transport into and out of the hot oven or grill.  Keep your pizza dough from sticking by sprinkling the paddle with cornmeal before sliding it onto the peel.  Clean with a dry cloth or rinse in warm water and dry.
