Gozney Infrared Thermometer

This Infrared Thermometer is wireless, precise and efficient, so you will know exactly when your pizza oven’s stone floor is ready to cook.  With the stone at 750° to 930°F, a Gozney oven will cook a perfect pizza in approximately 60 seconds so an accurate reading is extremely important.  This thermometer features a built-in laser and reads temperatures between -58° to 1022°F.  The LED backlit screen is easy to read and has an automatic power shut-off after 15 seconds.  It can switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit and has a single read or continuous temperature read option.  The soft touch material is easy to hold.

Included in the box is the thermometer, one 9v battery and an instruction manual.
