Teak is a tropical wood whose high oil content acts as a moisture-resistant barrier.  The medium hardness offers a luxurious feel to your cutting experience.  The checkerboard surface - formed by wood fibers standing vertically - is the format preferred by chefs for the self-healing knife performance and longevity.  TeakHaus comes from sustainable forests and is FSC-certified.

USA Pans feature the Americoat nonstick coating for easy cleanup and food release with no PTFE, PFOA, or BPAs.  The fluted surface facilitates air circulation, maximizes pan strength, and reduces warping.
