Made In’s enameled cast iron saucepan is a Dutch Oven in miniature with excellent heat retention and durability. On the stove, its ability to circulate heat evenly allows you to easily simmer and reduce sauces and gravies. But you can also take it outside to make BBQ sauce, baked beans, and more on the grill. The saucepan features a light-colored cooking surface which allows you to watch fond (and therefore flavor) development. The Cloud Cover lid has pea-sized dimples to trap steam and return moisture to your food.
