Nitro is a process that infuses drinks with tiny nitrogen bubbles for a rich, creamy texture and smooth, velvety mouthfeel - just like what you get at a great cafe.  With the NitroPress DS, you can create cafe-quality cold coffee at home in seconds at the push of a button - with ultra-fine nitro bubbles enhancing the flavor and reducing bitterness (without the need for extra cream or sugar).  This is an electric, cartridge-free nitro-infusion system which uses built-in micro-air filters and an electric docking station to pull and compress nitrogen from the ambient air.  With this system, you can infuse cold brew (your own or store bought), cocktails, or milk without the use of gas cartridges.  Inspired by automotive engineering (McLaren), it is built to last - providing instant nitro drinks from a durable, sustainable machine.
