NOV 8 2026 7:00PM: Le Cordon Bleu Special Event with Chef Eric Bédiat - Demonstration
Available in stock (20)
Few names carry the weight of Le Cordon Bleu, and this fall, one of its leading chefs comes to Atlanta. Join us for an exclusive 90-minute culinary demonstration with Chef Eric Bédiat, Head Cuisine Chef at Le Cordon Bleu London, as he reveals the techniques behind one of the great classics of French gastronomy. Chef Bédiat’s career spans Michelin-starred kitchens in France and the United Kingdom, including the three-Michelin-starred Waterside Inn and Paris’s legendary Le Grand Véfour. Today he leads Le Cordon Bleu London’s Cuisine teaching team and represents the institution at masterclasses and culinary events around the world.
Chef Bédiat will open the evening by introducing Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School, the definitive seven-volume culinary reference collection from Phaidon, before turning to a showstopper from its Fish and Shellfish volume: Lobster à l’Américaine. As he cooks, you’ll watch the key techniques for preparing and cooking lobster, building a deep, complex sauce, and achieving the balance and refinement that define professional French cookery. Expect practical tips and insider insight drawn from decades in Michelin-starred kitchens and the Le Cordon Bleu classroom.
What’s on the Menu:
- Lobster à l’Américaine – A hallmark of classical French cuisine, pairing tender lobster with a rich, aromatic tomato-based sauce. Its true origins are still debated among culinary historians, but its place among the most celebrated dishes in the French repertoire is not.
Your Ticket Includes: Admission to the demonstration and tasting, plus the complete seven-volume Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School collection, a $500 value, for $450. Chef Bédiat will be on hand to sign and personalize your set, so bring any Le Cordon Bleu titles already on your shelf too.
After the demonstration, settle in for a taste of the finished dish and a rare chance to put your questions directly to one of Le Cordon Bleu’s top chefs. Whether you’re a serious home cook, a lover of classic French technique, or simply looking for an unforgettable night out in Midtown, this is an evening Atlanta food lovers won’t want to miss. Seating is limited. Reserve yours today.
