Peugeot Nancy 9” Acrylic Pepper Mill

The Nancy pepper mill is suitable for black, white and red peppercorns as well as dried coriander.  It may be used for pink berries if they are in a blend with those peppercorns.  The mechanism slices the peppercorns without crushing them.  A simple adjustment of the knob on top allows you to control the coarseness from fine to coarse.  A coarse grind brings out the aromas of pepper while a fine grind brings out the spiciness.  The transparent acrylic is contemporary yet timeless.
