The Savarin mold bakes beautiful round cakes with golden brown outsides, and light and tender insides - and open in the center for filling with fruit or other accompaniments. It conducts heat evenly for fast uniform cooking, lovely browning, and an amazing baking experience.  It is perfect for Savarin gateau, cakes, breads, mousses, jellies, meat, seafood, or vegetable dishes.  The reinforced beaded rim delivers many years of baking without pan warpage.
