Shun Combination Whetstone #3000/#6000

Protect your investment in fine Shun cutlery and keep your edges razor-sharp with this combination whetstone.  It combines fine and extra-fine whetstones in one: 3000 grit on one side, 6000 grit on the other.  Use the 3000 grit side for restoring a slightly dulled edge;  use the 6000 grit side to refresh and polish the edge.  This whetstone must be thoroughly soaked before sharpening.
