Stonewall Kitchen’s Sherry Vinegar is produced from Spanish Palomino grapes which have been pressed into fortified wine and then aged to perfection in a series of white oak casks.  It adds a complex, rounded acidity to everything from salads to proteins.  Whether in dressings, pan sauces, or sprinkled on fish, it adds sharpness and brightness with a light hint of fruit.
