Wusthof 9 inch Honing Steel

Even high-quality knives, such as Wusthof, gradually dull due to use.  Regular use of a honing steel will help to maintain the sharpness of a good blade.  A few strokes of both sides of the knife over this sharpening steel will accomplish this.
