Holiday Cookie Swap Hands On with Paul Zang and Nealey Thompson
Join Chef Nealey and Chef Paul for the 3rd annual holiday cookie swap!!! Turns out we couldn't get enough of what turned out to be the wildest, messiest, craziest class in The Cook's Warehouse history. (But seriously, the amount of flour, sugar, and insanity required to pull off this class is worth mentioning.)
Here’s how it works: you will be divided into teams, and each group will bake a few of the recipes listed below. Everyone’s treats will be consolidated and packaged into an individual box for you to share with your friends and family. You get to sample TONS of cookies, and we do all the dishes! What are you waiting for… grab a friend or two, and come start a new holiday tradition. Sugar, spice and everything nice—we promise this menu has a flavor for everyone!

Warm cider, soup, and savory snacks will be served to complement our cookie tastings!
*This class is suitable for students ages 16 and up. We do not allow groups larger than six to book in public classes. Please complete the private events form to inquire about a custom experience for your group.
