Buche de Noel Workshop with Chef Michelle Pellegri
One of our favorite holiday baking projects is creating a Bûche de Noël, more commonly known in the States as a "Yule Log." Chef Michelle will teach you how to bake a perfect rolled sponge cake, along with making a luxurious Swiss meringue buttercream and the cutest little mushrooms.
In this workshop, you will work in teams of three to four to make a beautiful Bûche de Noël. We will have one cake made to sample in class and will send you home with a large slice of your own creation to keep or share.
