Holiday Entertaining: Food and Wine Pairing Demonstration with Chefs Nancy Waldeck and Renee Jackson

Celebrate the New Year in style whether you are cooking up an evening for two or a party for 20. Come join Healthy Chef Partyologist Nancy Waldeck and Mad Mac’s Baker Extraordinare Renee Jackson to create a menu of delicious plates and bites sure to please everyone. You’ll want to repeat these recipes throughout the season and into the New Year - and of course we’ll pair the best wines for each and every course. 

• Dirty Martini Dip and Handmade Crackers
• Italian Crab Cakes over Bitter Greens with Garlic Aioli
• French Onion & Blue Cheese Tart
• Albondigas Sliders with Salsa (Meatball Sliders, Spanish Style)
• Pomegranate with a Punch Cocktail to serve up with Pomegranate Panna Cotta
