The mat properly forms and shapes delicious hand roll sushi without tearing delicate seaweed (nori). Whether your are experienced or a novice, this mat makes it easy to make your own sushi. Place a sheet of nori, shiny side down on the mat. Add sushi rice, spread with a moistened rice paddle, leaving 1” border uncovered. Add fillings to the center and roll mat toward uncovered edge. Gently squeeze to seal the roll, remove the mat and slice the roll into 6 equal pieces. You can make sushi rolls with a single ingredient or 4 or 5 ingredients or even inside out rolls, with rice on the outside.
Made from 100% natural bamboo. Handwash in warm, soapy water; air dry thoroughly.
