Spain boasts a rich culinary diversity but many of its wines still fly under the radar. Regions like Ribeira Sacre, Rueda and Andalusia are still somewhat unknown. Now is the time to change that. We’ll work our way through this charming country one glass at a time, focusing on some of the regions you know and some of the regions you should know. We’ll discuss how Spanish wine laws mirror those from France and Italy and review their unique classification for how wines are aged.
