Make and Take: Holiday Charcuterie Boards - Hands On with Melissa Pelkey-Hass
Join us for one of the most popular classes of the holiday season. Chef Melissa Pelkey-Hass is the reigning queen of beautiful boards, and in this workshop she will help you create a platter worthy of a cookbook cover. Class starts with a deep dive into different types of boards, where to source ingredients, and tips and tricks from the pro—including a demonstration of how to make those stunning charcuterie roses.
Once you head in the kitchen, we provide all the delicious dips, spreads, and toppings needed to style and pile a stunning creation of your own. Upon completion of your masterpiece, you get to take your board home to share with family and friends!
