Shun Wine Key
Makes me want to buy two so I haveonw to every day carry and one to display. I have been opening bottles of wine professionally for 35 years. I have been collecting wine openers for probably around 15 of those years. I've owned several beautiful keys from Lagioule, I've got an amazingly well balanced code38, and I've got some openers that I prob paid ten bucks for that I'll use in lieu of simple pocket knife jobs daily. The Shun is the total package. It looks stunning (I do wish there were options on materials. Shun doesn't even give any on their website). But the matte black is both good looking and functional. The double boot lever is both innovative and cool and also works far better than a normal hinge in my opinion. The knife is phenomenal! I don't know what to like more, the santoku like blade or the pocket knife style thumb stud. Not sure this will ever leave my pocket. Except to open bottles of course.
