This elegant set of cheese knives with olive wood handles is presented in a dual-purpose acacia cheese board with a magnetic storage tray on the opposite side. Use the flat side as a cheese board for a lovely display, then turn it over to store the set safely and securely in magnetic slots carved for each individual knife. Included are a 5” soft cheese knife, a 4” hard cheese knife, and a 3” Parmesan cheese knife. Handcrafted blades of Japanese 420J2 steel have undergone Cangshan’s proprietary ULTRA6 heat treatment process that results in durable, razor-sharp. edges. The olive wood handles are secured to the blades with 3 brass rivets. Each handle is unique with its own complex wood grain.
