Messermeister has the privilege of offering a limited edition knife designed by Chef Edward Lee, renowned for his soulful Southern style, yet rooted in traditional Asian influences.  This signature knife features charred handles reclaimed from Kentucky Bourbon barrels, 53-layered Black Damascus steel, and a clean Asian Bunka design. The razor sharp blade is thin and ultra lightweight with a precision tip. This is a handsome knife that will become a much loved tool in your kitchen.

Chef Edward Lee is a Brooklyn-born and Lousville-based chef, James Beard Award-winning culinary author. He is passionate about telling a unique story through his knife design, and giving back to his non-profit, the LEE Initiative which strives to bring equality and diversity to the restaurant industry.
