Global’s Classic collection knives are made of the finest stainless steel, CROMOVA 18, which is ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56-C58 degrees to hold the razor-sharp edge. Each blade is constructed of a single piece of steel, with a unique convex edge to give excellent performance. Perfectly balanced hollow handles feature the signature dimple pattern, with a comfortable slip-resistant grip.
To preserve your knives, they should be hand washed with warm, soapy water and a non-scratch cloth or sponge, rinsed, and dried completely. Do not soak in water, and never place them in a dishwasher.
