The Mockmill 100 is part of a new generation of innovative grain mills from legendary mill maker, Wolfgang Mock, raising the bar for performance and value. With almost 40 years of experience and innovation, this new mill achieves the goal of making fresh, healthy, high quality, and great tasting whole grain flour accessible to home bakers at an affordable price. It is simple and intuitive to operate. The Mockmill 100 will grind from extremely fine flour to coarse cracked grain. It will handle all wheat grains and non oily grains, medium sized beans, corn, and non oily spices. The corundum ceramic grinding stones produce extraordinarily fine flour, suited for making artisan breads as well as flaky croissants. Create light pancakes, waffles, tarts, pie crusts, brioche, challah, tender flatbreads and more that have the health benefits of the whole grain wheat kernel’s powerful nutrients. The housing is an eco-friendly material called Arboblend, which is attractive and durable.
All dry grains can be ground, including wheat (hard and soft), oat groats (dehulled oats), rice, triticale, Kamut, spelt, buckwheat, barley, rye, millet, teff, quinoa, amaranth, sorghum, and dent corn. Thoroughly dried sprouted grains may also be milled as well as spices, lentils, and dry beans. Not suitable for herbs, oilseeds such as flax or sesame, popcorn, or fibrous materials.
