This two piece set provides a variety of cooking options, from roasting vegetables to cooking a pound of bacon to making a sheet cake. OXO's Non-Stick Pro Bakeware has a most important feature for durability and strength, the square-rolled edges at the top to prevent warping. There is a micro-textured pattern on the bottom of the pans that ensure even baking. Not recommended for baking at temperatures exceeding 450ºF.
