This restaurant-grade portable pizza oven for your backyard is easy to use and delivers unrivaled cooking results.  Portable, it sets up in minutes with retractable legs, a detachable burner and a built-in thermometer which tells you when it’s ready for cooking.  The gas burner (LPG powered) is engineered to replicate a true wood flame, but if you desire the authentic wood-fired pizza taste and experience, a Wood Burner 2.0 detachable wood burner may be purchased as a separate accessory.  While it has the ability to reach interior temperatures up to 950°F, it is family friendly with a safe-touch silicone jacket.  With this incredible temperature, you can cook a Neapolitan pizza in 60 seconds.  You can also cook steaks, vegetables, chicken wings and much more in this oven.   

Included in the box is the portable stone floored pizza oven, a detachable propane gas burner, Limited edition Black pizza peel, and a manual.  Engineered to replicate the performance of Gozney’s professional pizza ovens, it is built to last and has a 5 year warranty.  Exterior dimensions are 16.3” x 21” x 18.6”.  The oven mouth is 3 ½” tall and 11.8” wide.
