This USA pan set includes one large sheet pan (baking surface 20 ¼” x 14 ¼” x 1’), one half sheet pan (baking surface 17 ¼” x 12 ¼” x 1”), and one quarter sheet pan (baking surface 12 ½” x 9” x 1”), each with its own perfectly fitting baking rack. The pans are made of aluminized steel with a unique fluted design which facilitates air circulation and maximizes pan strength to help resist warping. The baking surface is coated with AMERICOAT coating, a nonstick silicone made without PTFE, PFOA, or BPA for easy release of your baked goods. The baking rack is oven-safe and dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended. The racks fit seamlessly inside the pans and feature a steel cross wire design with raised feet to lift baked goods into a raised position for uniform cooling and air flow among your baked items. When used together, the pans and racks keep food elevated on the rack during baking while oil or fat drips into the pan - allowing you to make crispy bacon in the oven instead of the frying pan. Or use the rack on its own to add glazes or other finishing touches to your homemade baked goods.
