USA Pan has finally paired its new grid racks with its existing aluminized steel, silicone-coated sheet pans, just in time for the holidays. Perfect for making bacon and buffalo wings in the oven, the grid rack fits right inside the sheet pan to make crispy edges possible by draining away the fat. Use the pan alone for roasting vegetables and baking cookies, or for a prep tray for your "mise en place". The grid racks can be used alone to cool your baked goods once they are removed from the oven. So many combinations, so many possibilities!

- Quarter sheet pan & rack: 12.5" x 9"
- Jelly Roll sheet pan & rack: 14" x 9"
- Half sheet pan & rack: 17" x 12"
- Three-quarter sheet pan & rack: 20" x 14"
(Note: A full sheet pan is 26" x 18" and is too large for most home ovens.)
