Date Night French Bistro - Hands On with Chef Cynthia Graubart
Transport yourself to a French bistro with this elegant yet approachable menu that makes any night feel special. In this hands-on class, you’ll master the art of Steak Frites, learning how to achieve a perfect sear and finish with a luscious garlic-parsley butter, and the secret to crispy fries. We’ll pair it with crisp-tender Haricots Verts tossed in a delicate shallot vinaigrette and a colorful Beet Salad with classic Dijon dressing. To end on a sweet note, we’ll prepare silky Dark Chocolate Pots de Crème. Along the way, you’ll practice key techniques like searing, braising, emulsifying, and folding—skills that elevate everyday cooking.
