Date Night: Steakhouse at Home - Hands On with Chef Cynthia Graubart
Turn your kitchen into a classic steakhouse in this indulgent date night class. You’ll learn how to sear a juicy rib eye to perfection and elevate it with rich, velvety bourbon butter. We’ll char romaine on the grill for a smoky salad topped with tangy buttermilk dressing, and master the art of the crisp-skinned, fluffy-centered baked potato. Creamed spinach gets a silky upgrade, while decadent chocolate mousse teaches you folding and whipping techniques for airy results. We’ll round out the evening by shaking (or stirring) the perfect vodka martini—because a steakhouse experience isn’t complete without a timeless cocktail in hand.
