Cangshan’s Helena series knives are elegant and minimalist with sleek, smooth lines. The slim semi-bolster balances the knife’s full tang and two stain-resistant rivets solidly fasten the ergonomic handle to the blade for a secure, comfortable grip. Each blade is forged from high-alloy German X50CrMoV15 steel and is heat treated through Cangshan’s proprietary ULTRA6 heat treatment that adds strength and durability and a score of 58+/-2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale. They are sharpened to a precise 16° angle.
The blades of these steak knives have a fine edge to give the smoothest cut. Slim, ergonomic black handles are designed for a comfortable fit so that each knife feels like an extension of the user’s hand.
