Cangshan’s Helena series knives are elegant and minimalist with sleek, smooth lines. The slim, semi-bolster balances the knife’s full tang and two stain-resistant steel rivets solidly fasten the ergonomic handle to the blade for a secure, comfortable grip. Each blade is forged from high-alloy German X50CrMoV15 steel and is heat treated through Cangshan’s proprietary ULTRA6 heat treatment that adds strength and durability and a score of 58+/-2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale. They are sharpened to a precise 16° angle.
The bamboo in-drawer tray keeps the knives safe and tucked away in a drawer without using valuable counter space.
