Set the mesh filter just above the water level and put the lid back on. Press down slightly to make sure coffee is submerged. Wait for 4 minutes and then plunge the press. Pour the coffee into your mug. If you don’t use it all at once, the heat-lock double-wall vacuum will keep the coffee warm.
