Join us for a hands-on biscuit-making experience like no other! Perfect for beginners and seasoned bakers alike, this workshop will teach you the secrets to creating warm, flaky Southern biscuits every time.
Under the expert guidance of Chef Cynthia Graubart, you’ll master four mouthwatering biscuit recipes:
- Beginner Cream Biscuits
- Giant Cathead Biscuits
- Tangy Busty Yogurt Biscuits
- Brown Sugar Shortcake Biscuits
Plus, you’ll whip up a decadent Chocolate Gravy for a sweet Southern twist. Learn how flour types, mixing methods, and fat choices impact texture, and gain pro tips for shaping, baking, and serving. Come hungry—freshly baked biscuits and butter will be ready for tasting straight from the oven.
We do not allow groups larger than six to book in public classes. Please complete the private events form to inquire about a custom experience for your group. We also do not allow BYOB. A tasting of house wine wil beserved with your meal.
