We’re seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Coordinator who is highly detail-oriented, dependable, and brings a positive, team-first attitude to work. This role is primarily focused on accounts payable, with opportunity to grow into additional support within our e-commerce business.
What You’ll Do
- Process vendor invoices and payments in QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate records and Excel tracking
- Communicate with vendors and internal team members
- Support additional administrative or e-commerce tasks as needed

- Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with great follow-through

Retail Sales Associate (Including Evening Closers)

We’re looking for warm, energetic, customer-focused team members, especially those who enjoy working later shifts during cooking classes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a lively environment, loves food and cooking, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions
- Deliver our signature hospitality and uphold our mission and service standards
- Communicate all services confidently (cooking classes, knife sharpening, gift registry, special orders, large appliances)
- Operate POS/register and process in-store and phone orders
- Support cooking class evenings by helping create a seamless, welcoming retail experience
- Restock and merchandise sales floor
- Manage special orders and customer follow-up calls
- Assist with light operational tasks (phones, order processing, organization, cleanliness)

Part Time Principal Assistant:
The Cook's Warehouse provides the ultimate culinary class experience in Atlanta. The schedule includes both hands-on and demonstration format cooking classes that cover a wide range of topics. Our chefs design their menus to accommodate cooks of all ages and skill levels. Our interactive private events are perfect for birthday parties, team building, and corporate entertaining.
The Principal Assistant (PA) is responsible for the organization and management of public and private cooking classes at The Cook’s Warehouse. The PA works directly with the chef instructor in advance of and during the class. Volunteer assistants answer to the principal assistant before, during, and after the class. This position reports to the Store Manager and Cooking School Director. A complete job description will be sent upon receipt of an application.
